About nailgig
nailgig is a job board for the nail salon trade — a simple place for salons to say who they're looking for, and for nail artists, estheticians, front-desk staff and salon cleaners to find work near them.
What it is
Salons post an opening with the role, the pay, a few photos and the salon's address. Workers browse what's near them, save the ones they like, and tap to call. That's it — no résumés, no accounts for browsing, no middlemen.
The board works in English and Tiếng Việt, because that's who works in this industry. Switch at the top of any page.
How it works
- Looking for work? Open nailgig.com. It starts on your area; search any city or ZIP code, widen the distance, or flip to the map. Tap a listing to see the details and the salon's phone number. No sign-in needed to browse or call.
- Hiring? Sign in with your phone number or email (we send a one-time code — no password to remember), tap Post an ad, type your salon's name so the address fills itself in, and describe the role. Your listing is live immediately. You can edit or remove it any time, and see how many people have opened it.
- Spotlight. When you post, you can feature your listing in the Spotlight row at the top of the board, where every visitor sees it first.
Who's behind it
nailgig is independently built and run. It exists because finding salon work — or salon staff — has mostly meant word of mouth, group chats and paper signs in windows. We wanted something as quick as those, and easier to find.

Fair hiring
Listings on nailgig must comply with federal, state and local employment law, including laws on discrimination, minimum wage and pay transparency where they apply. We remove listings that don't. If you see one, tell us.
